2 cups Celery chopped
100g cottage cheese
pinch of Tarragon
pinch of crusched Rosemary
pinch of Oregano
1 cube of chicken flavored bouillon
bring everything (but cottage cheese) to boil. Once celery is tender, turn off heat and add cottage cheese, use a blending wand or blender to pruee soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 5 cups.
My kids even love it!!
